Standard Fume Hood with Wide Frame: Designed in accordance with JG/T222-2007, JB/T6412-1999, ASHRAE110-2016, and EN14175-3 standards, this fume hood features a split structure with upper and lower sections. The outer shell is made of 1.0-1.2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel with a corrosion-resistant epoxy powder coating. The liner and baffle are engineered with a professional airflow design, paired with a tapered PP exhaust plenum, offering efficient containment, low pressure loss, and quiet operation. The front features a full-view design with tempered safety glass for both the fixed upper panel and vertical sliding sash, providing excellent visibility. The counterweight system uses a front-mounted design with nylon and stainless steel composite chains and black-finished sprockets for stable, quiet, and easy-to-maintain operation. Custom sizes are available. This model is suitable for common laboratory applications such as chemistry, biology, pharmaceuticals, and university teaching.

Structure and material
Designed for 0.5 m/s surface wind speeds, this system features a split upper and lower cabinet structure. The upper cabinet adopts a double-layer design with a 1.2mm-thick high-quality cold-rolled steel shell processed through CNC sheet metal production lines. Its surface is coated with corrosion-resistant laboratory-grade epoxy resin powder, with SEFA-grade epoxy resin powder being an optional option. The inner lining and guide plates utilize corrosion-resistant non-metallic materials, which can be customized with options including anti-betelite boards, fiberglass panels, PP boards, epoxy resin boards, or ceramic fiber boards as required.
Window door
The front adopts the all-view window structure. The upper fixed window and vertical sliding door window are both made of tempered safety glass with customized handles and open view
gear
The weighing system adopts the front weighing structure, and the transmission uses nylon and stainless steel composite chain and blackened sprocket, which has the advantages of stable transmission, silent, durable and convenient maintenance.
Diversion structures
After professional design of qualified flow structure, the flow guide fixing seat can fix the titration frame and conical contraction PP gas collector. The bottom is a narrow rectangular inlet. Through fluid mechanics analysis, it has the advantages of good gas collection function, low pressure loss and low noise.
characteristic
This kind of fume hood is based on the basic model, which can meet the normal experimental needs and is suitable for physical and chemical experiments, biomedical experiments and common experimental occasions such as university teaching
