    Structure and material

Designed for a face air velocity of 0.5m/s, it adopts a split structure of upper and lower cabinets. The upper cabinet is a double-layer structure. The outer shell is made of 1.2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed and formed by a fully CNC sheet metal production line. The surface is sprayed with corrosion-resistant laboratory-grade epoxy resin powder, and SEFA-grade epoxy resin powder can be selected. The inner lining and deflector plates are made of non-metallic materials with corrosion resistance. According to requirements, Antistatic board, fiberglass board, PP board, epoxy resin board or ceramic fiber board, etc. can be selected.

    Window door

The front part adopts a full-window structure. The upper fixed window and the vertical sliding window are all made of tempered safety glass. Customized handles are used, providing a wide field of vision.

    Diversion structure

The counterweight system adopts a front counterweight structure. The transmission uses a composite chain of nylon and stainless steel with blackened sprockets, featuring stable transmission, low noise, durability and convenient maintenance

    TWIN TUBE FRAME

The qualified diversion structure that has been professionally designed enables the diversion fixing base to fix the titration stand, the conical constricted PP gas collection hood, and the bottom has a narrow and long rectangular inlet. Through fluid mechanics analysis, it possesses excellent gas collection performance, low pressure loss and low noise advantages.

    Feature

This fume hood is a standard model, an upgraded version of the basic one. It can meet the needs of most normal experiments and is suitable for common experimental scenarios such as physics and chemistry, biomedicine, and university teaching
