FFU (Fan Filter Unit) is a terminal air purification and supply device for cleanrooms. Integrating a fan and a high efficiency filter, it is mostly installed in cleanroom ceilings, clean booths, laminar flow hoods and other scenarios. It continuously delivers highly clean airflow, stabilizing indoor cleanliness levels, airflow patterns and pressure differentials. Product Introduction:
FFU stands for Fan Filter Unit. It is a terminal air supply device with its own power source and high-efficiency filtration capability. The fan draws air from the top of the FFU and passes it through primary and HEPA filters. The filtered clean air is evenly supplied across the entire outlet surface at a velocity of 0.45m/s ±20%. FFUs can be used in modular configurations and are widely applied in cleanrooms, clean benches, clean production lines, modular ultra-clean rooms, and localized Class 100 areas.
