Structure and material
Designed with a face wind speed ranging from 0.3 to 0.5 m/s, it reduces operating energy consumption to achieve greater energy efficiency; it adopts an upper and lower cabinet separate structure, with the upper cabinet having a double-layer structure and equipped with a base bracket for reinforcement to be integrated together. The front lower part is equipped with a modular functional box, which is of high strength and strong flexibility. Inlet air vents are set at the front edge, front window surface and sides of the operation console to ensure that the airflow entering the interior of the fume hood remains stable and persistent under any door height condition. Through airflow simulation and actual tests, it can effectively prevent the disturbance of airflow on the contaminated gas inside the cabinet. The shell is made of 1.2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed and formed by a fully CNC sheet metal production line. The surface is sprayed with corrosion-resistant SEFA grade epoxy resin powder, and the inner lining and guide plates are made of non-corrosive non-metallic materials. Combinations of composite ventilation hoods composed of anti-belted board, fiberglass board, PP board, epoxy resin board or ceramic fiber board can be selected as per requirements.
Multi Panel
The upper part of the storage cabinet is equipped with flexible modular functional boxes, which enable independent replacement of functions such as water, electricity and gas. The boxes are easy to disassemble and assemble, and can meet the diverse usage requirements of the laboratory.
Window Door
The front part adopts a full-window structure. The upper fixed window and the vertical sliding door window are all made of tempered safety glass. The vertical sliding door window has a framed structure and is equipped with an aluminum profile arc-shaped custom handle with excellent fluid structure design. It can be configured with anti-dripping and anti-falling safety functions, and the view is wide.
Lower cabinet configuration
Standardly equipped with a safety lock storage cabinet, featuring three-point double locks, SUS304 hinges, double-layer door panels with sound insulation boards, and a 50-hole air outlet reserved on the back of the cabinet. It can be used according to actual needs.
